"We transitioned to sodium hypochlorite with DCC last April and I am happy to say that everything has been better than advertised. We used Pulsar and Acu-tab disinfection systems before and we are much happier now using liquid chlorine because of the lack of maintenance required compared to the other systems and reduced chemical exposure. We have also saved money by switching which is what Doug Dean, one of DCC’s awesome sales representatives, said we would. I was skeptical at first because we all know a lot of salesmen who will tell you what you want to hear, but everything Doug promised was done in a timely and professional manner. The service team that has come out, Rick and Angel, are first class as they are highly knowledgeable and trustworthy. What I am most impressed with is the customer service I have received from DCC, especially Doug, as he randomly checks in to make sure all is well and any time we have had to have work done he follows up to make sure I am satisfied.
